Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Orders placed before 2pm are generally dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail and delivery without signature. Free shipping can take up to 5 working days. If you prefer a faster delivery option with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied.

Shipping fees if aplicable include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees may apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
